Ordering Online:

 

Online ordering is safe and secure and available 24/7 using our secure shopping cart. All credit card information is collected using a SSL secure server. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All information you submit is protected by encryption software.

 

Ordering By Phone:

 

You can call us (818) 571-3619 to place an order. Our business hours are 9 AM to 4 PM PST, Monday through Friday. We are closed on all major holidays and weekends. There are times when we are not in the studio and you will reach our machine. Be sure to leave a number where we can reach you. We recommend you do not leave your order on the machine as sound quality and clarity can be an issue and we may have questions for you regarding your order.

 

Payment:

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and money orders. We are sorry, but we cannot accept CODs for online orders. No orders can be shipped until the payment has been processed.

 

Please note: If paying by money order, your order will be held for a period of ten (10) days. If payment is not received within that time, your order will be cancelled without notice.

 

Sales Tax:

 

Sales tax of 8.25 percent will be charged on all orders shipped to California addresses.

 

Cancellations:

 

Should you wish to cancel or change your order you must do so within 24 hours. You must contact us by email or phone with your order information within that timeframe. Absolutely no changes or cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.

 

Damaged Shipments:

 

Please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance. Should you receive insured goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of the damage, keep all packaging materials intact then notify us and the shipping carrier. We are not liable for damages that occur in transit due to the handling of the shipping carrier or for uninsured shipments. You must submit damage claims directly to the shipping carrier. We will be happy to assist you in making damage claims, however, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Placing an order with us constitutes your acceptance of this policy.

 

Refused or Unclaimed Packages:

 

If you are unavailable at the time the shipping carrier attempts delivery, you are responsible for rescheduling the delivery. If you do not claim your package or you refuse a shipment and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges associated with the reshipping of your package. If a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package is no longer wanted, a 20% restocking fee may apply and an online store credit in the amount of the balance less shipping charges and fees will be issued.

 

Return Policy:

 

Oopsy daisy! has poured a lot of love into our products and we want you to love them too. We believe in our products and their quality. We will accept the return of any retail purchase from our web site within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. Items must be UNOPENED and in NEW condition to be returned.
Once the items are received we will issue a refund in the amount of the product purchase price excluding original and return shipping and handling.

 

Of course we will gladly pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.


Wholesale returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge on UNOPENED items in NEW condition.

To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after 14 days.­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­

 

Return Process:

 

Please call or email us with your return request and we will give you a shipping address where you can send your return. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

 

Please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want a refund (only if product was received in the last 15 days) or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price.

 

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard UPS ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received at our location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
